This special recipe was created using the TAAN THAI Pad Kra Pao mix. The slight sweetness from the corn is perfectly balanced by the bold, savory, and spicy flavors from the holy basil seasoning. Perfect for your house parties and served as the ultimate finger food. Try it yourself!

Ingredients

  • 2 corns (slice in 8 pieces)
  • 1 package of TAAN THAI Pad Kra Pao mix
  • Olive oil

Instructions

1. Slice the corn into 8 'ribs',

2. Mix corn with olive oil and TAAN THAI Pad Kra Pao mix.

3. Put the mixed corn ribs in the air fry at 200 °C (approx. 400 °F)  for about 16 minutes. Turn it every 4 minutes and enjoy as snacks or appetizers.
