- 1 pack of TAAN THAI Tom Kha Starter
- ½ lb chicken breast or thigh, sliced thinly
- 1½ tablespoons Nam Phrik Phao (Thai roasted chili paste)
- 1½ cups water (approx. 350 ml)
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)
- Fresh Thai chilies (optional, sliced, for extra spice)
