You'll need:
- Any proteins: chicken, sliced beef, or tofu
- Any vegetables: pickled vegetables, fresh shallots, and a bit of lime
Easy Preparation
1. Boil 1½ cups (350 ml) of water and add 8 oz (225 g) of protein (chicken, beef, tofu).
2. Add Khao Soi Noodles and Curry Powder. Cook for approx. 4 minutes on medium heat. Chili flakes are optional.
3. Enjoy!
Pro Tip: Garnish with crispy fried noodles, freshly chopped hallots, lime juice, and pickled vegetables for an authentic experience.

This isn't bad, however, the directions themselves don't mention the spice packet at all. Turns out that if you add it, it is VERY spicy. Definitely too spicy for me, but if you love that kind of heat, you may enjoy this. But the spice is optional, and it's just fine without it or with a smaller amount of it.

I ate these noodles with orange tofu and it was really tasty, though the noodles ended up being sticky and turned to mush. As for the coconut curry powder, I mixed that into rice with onions and peppers, it was a hit at home. The red chili flakes were kept for other dishes as others don't really like to eat spicy food. The intention was for this to all be eaten together but I wasn't feeling it. I'm sure it tastes great together, probably close to what the rice tasted like.
Easy to prepare and very tasty. I had these with some thin-sliced steak to add a little protein. I wish there were more in the package. I am pleased with this item.
This curry was pretty tasty! It is not your instant ramen if that is what you are expecting. It is a real meal you'll need to cook with simple instructions. For my "meat," I poached some eggs instead of a different protein and added the seasoning pack then topped with the chili powder. This wouldn't have been spicy without the extra seasoning pack (which is optional to add heat). The broth wasn't spicy at all, but the topping had a milk amount of kick. Which was pleasant. This was very filling and I couldn't eat all of it in one sitting.
