Our broth base is made from real curry paste, blending creamy coconut milk with aromatic Thai herbs and spices, including lemongrass, galangal, and turmeric, creating a perfect harmony of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors.

You'll need:

  • Any proteins: chicken, sliced beef, or tofu
  • Any vegetables: pickled vegetables, fresh shallots, and a bit of lime

Easy Preparation

1.     Boil 1½ cups (350 ml) of water and add 8 oz (225 g) of protein (chicken, beef, tofu).

2.     Add Khao Soi Noodles and Curry Powder. Cook for approx. 4 minutes on medium heat. Chili flakes are optional.

3.     Enjoy!
